Is this a free consultation or a sales call?

No high-pressure sales process. We'll answer your questions, quote what we can, and tell you if we're not a fit. About 30% of conversations end with us pointing prospects to a better-suited option elsewhere. We'd rather not have you as a customer than have you as an unhappy one.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

No. We don't run a sales newsletter. The only emails you'll get from this enquiry are direct replies to your message. If we ever start a newsletter (don't expect to), it'll be opt-in, never opt-out.

How quickly can you actually onboard me?

Most hosting setups complete within 24-48 hours of signing off. App Hosting setups depend on the apps being deployed — typically 2-3 business days. WordPress migrations take 1-3 days depending on site complexity. We'll give you a firm timeline in our reply.

Can we have a call instead of emailing back and forth?

Yes. If a call would be more useful than email, just say so in your message and we'll suggest a time. For complex technical discussions a short scheduled call is often faster than a long email thread.
