Can I migrate from my current host?
Yes — free migration is included on every plan. Send us your current login details and we'll move your site with zero downtime. If anything goes wrong, your old site stays live until the new one is verified working.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade any time. We move you to the next tier without downtime, and we pro-rate the change — you only pay for the difference between plans for the remaining month.
Do you charge extra for SSL or email?
SSL is included on every plan, auto-renewed forever, no extra fees. Business email is sold separately under our Email Hosting product — separate so neither service depends on the other.
What happens if my site is hacked?
Daily backups with 14-day retention mean we can restore your site to any point in the last 14 days. We also include automated malware scanning, with Care Plan add-ons available for hands-on cleanup if needed.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Monthly plans renew monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual plans renew annually with 90 days' notice. You can export your site and leave any time.
